Instructions:

1.Open SparkIV, Click Browse.

2.Find: GTAIV > pc > models > cdimages

3.Open cdimages, double click 'vehicles.img'

4.SINGLE click 'polpatriot.wtd', then click EDIT

(file name may vary)

5.Find 'police_sign_1', select it.

6.Click IMPORT TEXTURE.

7.Locate and click 'NYSP Skin.png'click OPEN.

8.Click Save and Close

9.Click ReBuild, then Exit out.

10.Find and open SparkIV (still open)

11.Click Save, then click 'vehicles.img' and click EXPORT.

12.Exit out of SparkIV

13.Find: GTAIV > pc > models > cdimages (not in SparkIV)

14.Drag and Drop newly exported 'vehicles.img' into the folder.

15.Click Move and Replace

Start GTA IV and enjoy!

Skin may be modified for personal use only.
