Installation

Step 1: Find - GTA V/update/x64/dlspacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf

(Install the skin to where ever you have placed your 2008 Tahoe, I am using this as an Example)

Step 2: Look for (What ever you file name Is) and (What ever you file name Is) and replace tahoe_skin With any of the templates given.

(I have also Included clear texture for the light bar)

Just curious here, why would a clan need prior permission by you to use this texture? Did you receive prior permission from Mark Saunders to use the TPS copyrighted emblems and vehicle designs?

Did half of the modelers In this community get proper permission to use half the cars they have converted? Example (Ford, Chevy). You have to understand we are nobodies In this small little community of ours, The only time they will care for us Is If we start profiting from it. 

Also I have previously dealt with Toronto Police Services an the email that was stated towards me and I quote "Not at anytime will your community be aloud to accept any revenue off of our logos." I ran a Toronto Police Service clan back last year, I am very well-aware of how this stuff works.

    I'm so confused, theres no file in the folder....all there is are photros of the skin.

    No folder to add to open iv. Maybe I'm doing something wrong?
