How to Install-

PEDS: Install these files in the componetpeds IMG with OpenIV or SparkIV

HATS: Install these files in the pedprops IMG with OpenIV or SparkIV

CARS: Install these files in the pedprops IMG with OpenIV or SparkIV

These include Officer, Sergeant, and fatcop Textures. Although Policeman456 made the model, I have edited the wtd so that it has more shortsleeved shirts and more of the other jackets and long-sleeved shirts.
