2008 Tahoe PPV 1.4 1.4

Question, the rambar keeps falling off if the Tahoe BARELY touches anything.  I could hit a ped going like 5 mph and the thing would fly off and end up killing a ped. 

Anything I could do?  I installed correctly.

The brake lights are too bright/white for comfort, how do I fix this?

hello can anyone with modding knowledge help me out i added this vehicle as tahoe and it worked fine but after the latest gta v update all mods got broken and i went to replace them as usual but when i goto mpluxe i add the tahoe and corresponding files on their corresponding location as it says on the readme but when i go ingame to spawn the tahoe nothing happens its like the file doesnt exist what am i doing wrong if it was working before the latest gta v update in the readme it says to add it on mpluxe

should i try adding it to each folder and see in which one works.

How do i fix the all black tint?

Is this an add-on? If not could you please make it into one?
