Nice job man, looks fucking sick! I do have a few question, there are alot of slicktop units spawning and almost none with a lightbar. Also could u change the surrounding of the spotlight black instead if white? Other than that, great work!

Where were you one week ago when I went cross-eyed starring at that pixelated icon on the old gauge texture? :)) I somehow figured out it meant to say "On" but never figured out what was that sign above the letter n. I had no idea it was something from another car entirely, I've never been in a Crown Vic so please excuse my ignorance.

Haha no worries. Yeah, its actually part of the OnStar system in General Motors (Chevrolet, GMC, Cadillac, etc) vehicles. I don't think the police editions are equipped with it though, since there's no real need for it.

This is what the mirror controls for OnStar look like:

onstarjpg-d305b38b8efaeded.jpg

onstar-mirror-to-sell-in-1600-stores-305

The power button on the left side is for the auto-dimming function, in case the driver wants to disable it.

It has been a long time since I have ridden in a Crown Vic (the front seat, of course, lol), but as far as I know/remember, there is nothing special about the rear view mirrors in them. Its just a plain old rear view mirror. I don't even think the CVPI's came with auto-dimming mirrors either.

need to change or?......

Yeah, I would say so. Its a very minor thing, but OnStar is a Chevy system, so Ford vehicles like the CVPI don't have it.

You can just take that part out entirely, and just make it a plain rear view mirror. But again, its very minor, so no real big rush for that.

Love this car, but, can you please tell how do we modify the dispatch meta to where it spawns the vehicle with the lightbar, because it almost never spawns with a lightbar when AI are driving it.

Needs an interior police radio, otherwise seems pretty complete.

Hi where is the location of the carvariations file to change the sirensettings? I want to replace police2. I found carvariation @ mods/x64a.rpf/data/carvariations but it's a .ymt file and I cannot edit it.

You'll have to use a DLC carvariations to override the default. Currently the default one is still encrypted.

It seems that with the push-bar it's most suited to the LASD, since they have that bullbar.

Not sure if it's likely the fact I have the LED improvements mod installed but the interior gauges etc are crazy bright to the extent the bloom means you can't read the beautiful detail on the markings you've done on the radio etc? Anyway I can alter this that anyone knows of?
