Install:
1. Using OpenIV, navigate to "x64 > audio > sfx > RESIDENT.rpf"

2. From the siren pack, open the "Easy Install Folder"

3. Drag and drop the "vehicles.oac" onto the
page containing all of the ".awc" files. (Make sure OpenIV is in edit mode!)

Not understanding install. Can you get the .awc file so it's just an easy replace?  I followed the instructions...

The .oac file actually is the .awc file; OpenIV automatically converts it when you drag and drop. Just make sure that the "vehicles" folder is in the same directory as the .oac file, but with nothing else. They have to be alone, as the .oac reads the vehicles folder. Also, it's best to extract the entire archive first.
