This texture pack features a combination of the original San Andreas Emergency Services and their real counterparts like LAPD, LASD etc. It adds details and a more realistic feeling. 

All required vehicle models are linked  in the Readme files.  Requesting LSPD, LSSD, SAHP, LSFD skins for released vehicle models are welcome aslong the author allows it. Please send a PM to p1GER.

Please do not re-upload this pack anywhere else.

Version 1.0 contains skins for 4 vehicles:

1999 CVPI

2008 CVPI

2015 Dodge Charger

Police Interceptor

It depends what car you replace.  If you are talking about the 99`CVPI and replace the vapid police cruiser then here "Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\"
