~ Install notes ~

Use OpenIV and locate "x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf" and hit "edit mode" and drag the files of the "Files" folder into OpenIV.

This file only includes the version without pushbar.

Known bugs:

Front wheels and back wheels are different sized. Still looking into this issue. *Suggestions are welcome*

So its not working.  Probably because theres no way for me to also add or replace the file police_hi.yft  I cant add it and there is not an existing file to replace it with in OpenIV I know half of it work because half of the model does spawn but all distorted mixed with the vanilla model.  Any ideas how to fix?
