USE OPEN IV, then go to...

TEXTURES

updates/ x64/ dlcpack/ patchday4ng/ dlc.rpf/ x64/ levels/ gta5/ vehicles.rpf

then go to police3.ytd and replace the sign files provided in the mod

 

VEHICLE MODEL ( Lt.Caine Vapid Interceptor Default-Type V1.00. )

updates/ x64/ dlcpack/ patchday4ng/ dlc.rpf/ x64/ levels/ gta5/ vehicles.rpf

Then directly import the police3 files provided in the mod
