TornadoMod for GTA V 1.0.0

Introduction -

Finally I finished making this mod. It brings tornadoes into the word of Grand Theft Auto V. The making of the mod itself was pretty easy with the source code from the TornadoMod for GTA IV, I was able to convert it to work in GTA V. The mod randomly spawns in tornadoes around your position so you dont need to catch them at the other side of the map. The tornadoes lift vehicles into the air and launch them all over the place. The tornadoes is also marked with blue dots on the minimap so you easily can find them.

How to use it -

It's pretty simple. Just follow the installation instructions in the readme, and when you startup the game, you can activate/deactivate the tornadoes by pressing 'numpad7'.

ParticleLibrary -

This mod for GTA V requires ParticleLibrary. It's a support file that makes spawning particles much easier for developers. The Library is already inside the download, so you don't need to go download it another place on the net. If you're a developer you can take a look at the library right here: https://github.com/DModder/ParticleLibrary

just wanted to update everybody on this. Also me being brand new here i hope i am not breaking any rules in this post ... and if i am please let me know.

Ok so after un-installing the above tornado mod, i then found one from Tornado Script - GTA5-Mods.com

You can run this mod with RAGE as long as you install it correctly and follow all the directions on the site.

Important notes listed below.

If GTA Online gives you an error when launching, you need to remove the file (dinput8.dll) from the main directory found in (D:\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V). Once you are done with GTA Online please replace the file via (http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/) download file (dinput8.dll)

If the GTA Tornado Mod will not launch by pressing F6, please close the game and install the file via http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/ download file (dinput8.dll) to the main directory found in (D:\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V)

F4 opens console
F6 spawns a tornado
T opens tornado console

Set weather to thunder to set off tornado siren and spawn a tornado!

I know this is a old mod, but just wanted to toss my 2 cents in. I have tried to install this mod, but as soon as I launch RAGE, the plugin for the tornado states crashed. Of course after testing by pressing numpad 7 it fails to spawn the tornado. I can post screen shots if asked. As for why its not working, I can only guess it has something to do with RAGE updating and now this mod is incompatible?

It does the same for me too. It immediately crashes upon startup. If you look into the Rage console log, it says that the file "Tornado.xml" file is missing. And that is not included in the available download. Also the author saying to not lauch the game with RPH when the mod literally is marked as requiring Rage, is, to put it bluntly, ridiculous. The author is an idiot.
