First of all, install his car model or else this skin might not work!
INSTALL:
Open up OpenIV, then navigate to GTA V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
Open up OpenIV, then navigate to GTA V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
Open police2.ytd and replace "buffalo_lights" "generic_lightbar_e" "generic_lightbar_glass" "sheriff_lights" and "vehicle_generic_smallspecmap" then save.
Open police2+hi.ytd and replace "sheriff_lights" and "vehicle_generic_smallspecmap" the save again.
Rebuild and start your game! Enjoy!
Known bugs:
Some textures are of scale but I will fix it in the next update.
