I tried to extract the file and it says I need a password. So can you either give me the password or upload a file that is not password protected.

Does this just replace caddy.wtd and .wft in EFLC? Is the handling only for GTAIV if you're replacing it as noose.wtd and .wft for example?

Hello, I changed this to replace the AIRTUG for me. (LOCAL USE ONLY) but is there any way to make cars move over for your siren or pull people over? because it doenst work for me
