How to install:
This is a skin for another mod, firstly download LSPD Jackel here: https://goo.gl/iIFSDq and follow install instructions, then:
1) Open OpenIV
2) Go to update > x64 > dlcpacks > patchday3ng > dlc > x64 > levels > gta5 > vehicles
3) Activate Edit Mode and open up "police2+hi.ytd" and:
Replace the only texture with "BIG_policenew_sign_1.png".
4) Open up "police2.ytd" and:
Replace "buffalo_lights" with "buffalo_lights.png" from the Files folder of the download.
Replace "generic_lightbar_e" with "generic_lightbar_e.png" from the Files folder of the download.
Replace "generic_lightbar_glass" with "generic_lightbar_glass.png" from the Files folder of the download.
Replace "policenew_sign_1" with "SMALL_policenew_sign_1.png" from the Files folder of the Download.
5) Close OpenIV and play!
