This fixes the Red Light of the Police Stanier as you see on the Preview.

 

Install:

Go to: OpenIV->x64e.rpf->levels->gta5->vehicles.rpf

Open police.ytd (Be Sure you are in Editingmode) an Import the sheriff_lights.png

Done! (same works with the Sheriff Stanier [sheriff.ytd])
