If what you say is true, problem is not related to my mod. Go to forums.ragepluginhook.net and ask for assistance. 

Is there any difference in what is on this site now and what is in the video preview?

I am actually wanting to see the headlights flash which that video is not showing.

I'm afraid that the mod is the same as in the video as the flashing lights thing isn't possible with coding/scripting. 

I understand that the headlights can't flash separately, but do they need to both turn completely off and on? It makes it a bit hard on the eyes and difficult to navigate, is there a way you can flash between low and high beams instead?

That's exactly how it works acutally..

Most probably not. I stopped GTA V mod developing because I don't have as much free time as I once had.

how do you turn your lights on without the siren going? is there a file/mod to be able to do that?

Check you .ini file, you have all the info in there.

It's already there, no need to use the mod first. Try re-downloading everything.

Just a quick question, I use Ragehook .36 and LSPDFR .3 and the Strobes Mod plugin crashes, which leads me to think it does not work with that version? Or am I incorrect? :)

Yeah that's probably the reason why it's crashing. I would advise you use this mod from alexguirre because I think it's better and it gets continuous updates.

Thanks mate! Well I do have that, it only affects the headlight and so forth but sadly not the flashing from strobes. Dang it, yours looks great to. :)
