You can set a voice to your ped with Simple native trainer, model spawning >> Voice menu >> Then choose a cop voice (hint go to the left frist as the cops voice are closer this way)

In the tailored EUP menu, we will add the option to set your voice and walk style.

It's in the instructions dude! You need Skin Control v2.1

Flipping love this mod!

Only issue I have is when I put the outfit on like the one shown under the instructions. I get a red square that flashes up on the back when character moves and some random items flash for a fraction of a second around my character.

Skin control worked, but I can't find any of the skins in the video or the pictures. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

You select the MP model (male or female) and go to the clothing menu.

I realize that. But the armor with "Police" on the back isn't there.. there's no sheriff uniform.. What am I missing?

Take a look at the Content folder in the archive and all the screenshots within... should give you an idea of roughly how to get what you're after. The rest is trial and error and bugging the shit out of Alex.

Is it because I used the file in the vanilla folder instead of one of the others?

Nope, I used that one, and it all works for me. What are you seeing in Skin Control after selecting the MP ped and browsing clothes? Have you tried matching up all the stuff in the Content (screenshots) folder?

Yeah, I tried matching them up and one of them gave me a trench coat instead of a HW Patrol shirt lol. I may not have installed the pack correctly... I don't know..

What does your dlclist.xml look like? As long as that's correct and you copied the folders correctly to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks or update\x64\dlcpacks it's a fairly simple install now.

I think I figured out what I did wrong. I had another copy of dlclist.xml in my eup folder.. so I deleted that and added the dlc.rpf.

Okay, so I got the new version installed, although I'm having issues with the textures. Some textures are causing weird artifacts to go crazy all over my screen. For the armor for example, every armor piece is glitched out for me.

what are you trying to do exactly? and what re you wearing (note that SP imported clothes, have some incompatibility with certain Mp clothes)
Use the EUP clothing menu to get dress.

can i still use the ini from the old version that has all my saved outfits in it?

Edit: nevermind looks like using skin control to select my premade outfit no longer works, has the glitched out look. however selecting from the new menu works great. guess ill just load my character with skin control and then uniform with the eup menu from now on :P

Yah i found a lapd bike texture over on gta-v mods but it doesn't have a siren or anything. I dont wana link to another mod website but if you search LAPD Bike Texture on there you might find something.
