Hey guys. this is the first file i have ever uploaded so let's see how it goes. The file is a JPEG file so i had to track down some cars that would fit the skin perfectly. It took a few months to locate cars that would fit this perfectly but I have found two CVPI vehicles that work to perfection. I would highly recommend using these two with this texture. The skins are almost perfect except we only have 3 digits on our cruisers instead of 4 and the license plate was really difficult considering it was a picture. so we used the Middletown City logo and it works just peachy. Just a great job on this and even the officers in the city think its the baddest thing on earth of course :D I am still waiting on textures that fit a truck so if i ever get it i will let ya guys know!!

Yeah those cars are els. I can try and find a non els car when I get home. Thanks for the interest :)

​hi i have looked forever and i simply can't find a 2003 non els CVPI. since the forum changed there is no way to look for non els cars without searching the entire inventory one car at a time. if i happen to find one on my searches of things for other people i will definitely let you know :) sorry i couldnt be of more help.

Yeah I've run into a lot of cvpi but none that would fit the skin. I'll keep looking and if I find one I'll get ahold of u :)
