Coast Guard Enhancement 1.0.0

Coast Guard Enhancement is a modification that improves the quality of the USCG ped, making it closer to reality, and retexturing the Police Predator to USCG skin.

The Coast Guards will now spawn with Carbine Rifles. I've also changed the vehiclelayouts.meta file to allow them to use the Carbine Rifles inside the boat.

This mod is incompatible with any mod that changes either vehiclelayouts.meta, loadouts.meta or dispatch.meta. You can easily make a compatible version - just search for "ADDED BY COAST GUARD ENHANCEMENT MOD BY YARD1" and copy the data to the file you wish to make it compatible with. 

I've added files compatible with my mods (LSSD Maverick Mod, Better Police Weapon Loadouts). Better Wanted Level System Police Spawning, The Sixth Star and Crime and Police Rebalance & Enhancement are already compatible - use the dispatch.meta from those mods.

IT'S VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY. MAKE BACKUPS!

Install with OpenIV:
Files from "Vehicles" folder to update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
Files from "Peds" folder:

• from "componentpeds_s_m_y" to \x64e.rpf\models\cdimages\componentpeds_s_m_y.rpf
• from "pedprops" to \x64e.rpf\models\cdimages\pedprops.rpf

Files from "Text files" folder:

• dispatch.meta to update/update.rpf/common/data
• vehiclelayouts.meta and loadouts.meta to update/update.rpf/common/data/ai
