---About This Mod---

It adds sergeant patchs to the fat cops clothing, removes his downgraded model, and has a little fix on the rain coat.

---What This Mod Has---

-Puts sergeant patchs on the short sleve shirt and jacket.

-Fixed a problem were the duty belt would spawn with the rain coat.

-Added an extra texture for the rain coat.

-Removed the downgraded model from the model its self.

I made this so I can, some what, like the fat cops more. Not sure if it will work, but I'd thought others might like it more than me.
