This has been discussed with management, their verdict is that it is up the original creator to file a complaint.

It is not up for you lot to discuss, in situations like this it's the evidence that matters, I personally investigated the claims on a report, and found nothing at fault, I haven't found a Silverado model by GFXLE, the final verdict was signed off by LCPDFR management.
