Instructions:

-Put the Files into Grand Theft Auto IV folder

-Replace everything

-Enjoy!

THIS ENB INCLUDES NEW ROAD TEXTURES, TREE TEXTURE AND CAR HEADLIGHT EFFECTS!

To get the ELS Looking like it is in the picture you must go to your gta 4 directory go to commondata and open the file called visualsettings.dat, Find the line car.defaultlight.emissive.on 90.00 and change it to car.defaultlight.emissive.on 750.00 then save it and your done!

    Ya, I kinda expected that answer. Not a lot of ENB's aren't really around for this type PC. Thanks for the feedback though...
    No problem you normally need a decent gpu to run a enb sorry :(
