Chicago PD - 2014 Dodge Charger 1.0

(9 reviews)

3 Screenshots

Here is the 2014 Dodge Charger, based off the Chicago Police Department. I did the best I could to replicate the real vehicle as accurate as possible (with the available resources).

The download includes the following things:

- A pre-made ELS config file

- A, as accurate as possible, lighting setup.

- 4 high-quality liveries by kode103/RK Textures

The following files can be found in the file:

- police2.wft

- police2.wtd

- Screenshots

- cpd_charger.ini

I hope you enjoy the model!

Amazing CPD Charger, and I can attest to the accuracy.

It's actually pretty good, I've seen a couple of them but there's not much patrolling the streets. To my knowledge it's pretty accurate just some minor details like the number going through charger badge.

I thought Chicago used these for experimental. Did they put these into full service yet?

Dodge sent one to the CPD to see if they wanted to purchase a fleet of them (The last time Dodge held the contract for the CPD was way back with the Royal Monaco in 1977, since then its been Chevy/Ford). This explains the wonky lighting package (Marked cars for patrol are never slicktop). It has been a year since this car appeared, and Ford has delivered more Explorers/Taurus's, so it looks like the CPD passed on the charger.

I know that, but they have used the Charger and it ran Red/Blue.
