This looks like a Boise PD and ISP hybrid, ISP cars are all black with white stripes....

the 1A on the license plate indicates the first county of Idaho, which would be Adams County. Adams County is Boise, ID. I live on the boarder of ID and WY.

You sir are incorrect. The first county in Idaho is Ada followed by Adams. Ada= 1A Adams=2A. Adams county is substantially north of Boise Idaho. Boise Idaho is part of Ada County.

Yeah, its a hybrid. Sry for not telling that. I thought it would be better to do something that isnt already uploaded on lcpdfr.
