Added PNG versions for all DDS files as some computers don't support it. No update alert.

For some reason the dds are not converting to jpg or png for viewing. Any idea why? Seems like a nice pack.

Well to open a DDS you need something that supports it like paint .net, photopea, or photoshop or something like it. A DDS is still usable and can be dragged and dropped onto a vehicle file in OpenIV and will work just fine. I can add the PNG for all the cars but I recommend the DDS as it makes it so the car doesnt have miss coloring.
