Would you be able to do a mix of red and blue for the lights all around? Also, the 2 rear ions by the licence plates do not work and the 2 ions in both sides of the headlight corners do not as well.

On the headlight, you can go into the XML folder and place a "1" on the headlight, which should turn the headlight wigwag back on. I turned it off because I had been told that it's too bright for their game, so I kept it off. But if you want the wigwag, just put that 1, and you should be good.

As for the rear taillight flasher, I did not add it in. But I can add that in if anyone wants it, and yes, I can do red/blue. It just needs some modifications, but for me, I think all blue for Paleto Bay would look better while I do r/b for the rest.

If there are enough votes for r/b, then I will do that per request for that color.

Is the top lightbar supposed to just be solid on at stage 3 with no flashers?

no.. it is only solid when you get out of the vehicle. But you can change it in the ELS, it just set to 140 for solid when getting out of vehicle.

You should really make a Durango and Tahoe.

I would, but I'm seeing a lot of people are doing Durango and Tahoe. I just like those vehicles that most devs don't bother to make anymore or less. i get it that most agencies in RL use those now and less with CVPI, FPIS, charger, and FPIU. I don't old car go bye bye.
