what do I do with the desktop.ini file?

did I something wrong or why is my lighting looks so strong?

Could contain: outdoor, sky, street light, road, light, street, lens flare, night, city

dont worry about the desktop ini that also could be a light mod you have in game making it brighter

if anyone needs support on how to set it up right join my discord and make a ticket https://discord.gg/GWq3CdajzB

Please make sure yall have quantv and reshade and dont have any other lighting mods as it may mess it up
