I honestly don't really know how to do much. I was only able to do this pack by downloading someone else's .oac file, then slapping his in there as a replacement (after renaming them correctly).

If I could find a way to clip audio and/or knew what the siren itself was, I'm sure I could figure it out.

if that dose not work just search up the precinct ambulance.
