Blips use a sound that comes with the game library. I will look into it.

After seeing the video, It looks good.

However, I think It would be nice to have a better skin on the ALPR. I also want to make a suggestion, if you dont mind. It just a thought to help improve the functional of your ALPR.

When I watched the video, a suggestion came to mind. I don't know you are able to make it, but this will have the option for players to pull over for certain reason instead of just one and/or after checking them in the database.

first one: It would be nice for players to after catch them on the speed that they are going and/or their license plate because they are setting it off with certain color like you said. I know this isn't real life stuff and I dont want to go that route either, but just something a player can do.

second one: while attempting to pull a vehicle and then there are another vehicle that pop up, say a red color on their plate. You can have an NPV emergency pull that one over and player can give a reason why they were pull over for either cited, or an arrest.

It would be nice if you could work with Guess. Hes the person that does RP (ReportPlus) plugin.

Once I continue to use/test the system, I will likely add in ambient traffic stops with some notifications from other cops either asking for backup bc of a warrant or something and/or have the notification say "Paleto Sheriff pulling over suspect "name" "license plate" for "reason"

As far as working with other mods/developers, I am 100% open to it and the code for the PersistentWorld project and database is completely open source so anyone is welcome to build plugins off of it.
