Here is my Whelen WS321 for the Harley Davidson!! Exclusive to LCPDFR!

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

-Open SparkIV and click "browse"

-Scroll down to "pc" and then click audio > Sfx

-Scroll down to "resident.rpf" and open it

-Click "RESIDENT"

-Scroll to "HORNS.ivaud" right click it and replace it with the one provided

-Done!
