About the Pack:

This mini pack was something that I just had in my head for a while. With the recent release of 2 excellent dev resources (nforce bar and fascia), I was able to create this. This livery is loosely based off of Aventura PD. With Mirror Park being such a small area, I did not feel that it was realistic to have multiple different types of vehicles. Though the ability to use other vehicles with the same design would have been nice, I wanted to keep it simple. There is no push bar, or a ton of lights, but I wanted to keep it sleek and clean. Unfortunately, I do not plan to add any vehicles to this pack in the future. I know I have been away for a while, but trust me, I am getting some future releases ready. Stay tunned!

 

Pack Includes:

Marked Charger

Slicktop Charger 

Unmarked Charger (Change livery in-game. This is not a separate vehicle)

 

Optionals include:

All blue lights

Red & Blue Lights

Transparent Liveries

 

Installation:

Replace:

  1. Go to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday28ng (Or the DLC pack of your choice)\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\

  2. Drag and drop vehicle files into this folder

ELS:

  1. Go to Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default

  2. Drag and drop all XML files

Please use the included ELS files so the lights will function the way they were designed to. Feel free to leave your thoughts in the comments.  DM me if you find any bugs, so I can get them fixed as quick as possible. CONSTRUCTIVE CRITISIM is always appreciated.

    I tend to agree. I don't know how much more work is involved in creating a addon pack so I don't want to assume anything. I have my replacements set and don't want to change them. For that reason I too have to pass. Still love RangerZ's work. Thanks for you time and effort RZ!

    Yeah exactly. Theres so many amazing cars like this that I can't use. I don't see the point in making replace cars unless it's just easier.

    If you really want an addon pack, you can make one yourself. There are a couple of "addon dlc pack creator" programs available on GTA5 mods. This is one I have used (with good success) in the past.

    There is a bit of work involved, of course. I fully admit, I don't really understand it all, lol. But.......essentially, this program will create a basic DLC pack framework for you to use. You initially name your pack, and choose from a drop down pick list what type of vehicle(s) will be in it - that probably generates some of the basic handling meta file info.....sporty vs bus vs firetruck, etc. Once the pack is created, you just have to drag in the model files, rename them to match your pack name (like what other DLC packs are like........maybe MPPD1 and MPPD2, or whatever). Don't forget to put your DLC name into the dlclist.xml. And, then rename the ELS files to match as well. Otherwise, it should work as is. You may have to copy/paste some parts of the meta files if there is more than one model in the pack. Or, you can dig deeper into it.....and find the matching vanilla handling and other meta files for the "replace" slots that RangerZ went with, and copy/paste those into this new DLC pack. I found it helpful to have another "real" DLC pack from the same (or another) dev open in side by side view, to compare how the setup needs to be.

    Great pack, however, the car's windows (front and back) don't have bullet hole textures when fired into. I'd appreciate a fix, as otherwise the immersion is ruined, and that would be a shame!

    pack is great do you think you can add some lights on the side of vehicle especially for the slicktop
