Today We Have A Mini Marked and Unmarked BCSO Pack (Addon/Replace) By @arrexx Turned Into A San Andreas Highway Patrol Re Skin Pack !

I have now finished the Blue/Blue Light Conversion for those who wanted B/B lights instead of R/B This Includes B/B Light File Replacements as Well as already done B/B ELS Xml Files. I also label the folders. 

REMINDER THIS IS ALL FOR THE ADD ON PACK NOT THE REPLACE You'll Have to do extra work for the replace. Same thing just got to re do your replacement ones you added if you did.

After you follow that path you will come across all the car files.

YOU WILL NEED WINRAR. OR SIMILAR APPLICATIONS TO UNZIP FILES OR EXTRACT THEM SKINS OUT OF FILE.
