Unfortunately, the unit I purchased had a bunch of issues, and I could not get the priority tone working. It's sadly one of the many issues wrong with my unit, but I eventually plan to purchase a new unit that is in far better condition and has everything working tone wise.

This is not the SM model this is the Smart Siren Platinum, i mean when the wail changes from going down to going up again the older versions have an agressive change while that change is smoother in newer versions and the other point is that the yelp is in a lower pitch than the wail (feature of newer versions). If u had the hi-lo tone u could see how it has one tone longer than the other. So u dont have the classic SS2000 u have the SSP3000

The siren tone shapes (wail ramp, yelp pitch, etc.) are determined by the amplifier firmware, not the model/control head. From what I understand, the siren that I have currently is the SS2000SM, according to the labeling on the amp that I have.
