The AMR one is really nice. I don't think a medical emergency response company would be named "XTREME", though. On top of that, the "XTREME" liveries aren't that great. Overall I'd say 3.5/5.

    i swear to baby jesus this is a real company. they do non emergency transports for the San Diego area of Ca. They are pretty much a joke and you will never see them when you call 911 haha. that being said the skins are nice but i still run the AMR skins along with the skins from my current company lol
