You need mod called Emergency Light System for proper use of the emergency lights.

Hmm, it's an amazing car but for some reason when ever I load up it use it, my cars just white. It's got the metro police and writing but it's just a solid white background in stead of white/black, any ideas as to why? Very nice car btw, well done man. Sorry, didn't see the carcols.

The skin was designed so its compatible to change colors with the trainer. If you want the fix for it so it's black and white, check my uploads, I uploaded the texture.

It's supposed to be a camera or something like that, I couldn't find out. It's definitly not a light.

The first screenshot is amazing , if the light bar was more brightty it will be even better than the reality :D

I wish this car could be updated and optimized for ELS version 7 because the way its mapped out cause the when i press the key for the primary lights only the warning lights flash and when i press the warning lights the primary lights come on but there is only 12 patterns and when i change the patterns to be rotators it doesn't change anything they just stay the same there's no change. I love this model and would love if it was optimized for ELS
