Window Control 1.0.1

(0 reviews)

1 Screenshot

WindowControl gives you full manual control over your patrol car’s windows, bringing that extra layer of realism to your traffic stops and patrols. Each window can be rolled up or down with configurable keybinds, and the plugin includes optional smooth animations and a hidden feature that auto-lowers the driver window during traffic stops.

Features

Individual keybinds for each window (driver, passenger, rear left, rear right).

All windows toggle with a single key.

Optional smooth rolling animation (adjustable speed).

Configurable notifications and debug logging.

Hidden realism feature → driver window auto-rolls down when starting a Stop The Ped pullover.

Lightweight and performance-friendly.

🎮 Default Controls

NumPad1 → Driver window (Front Left)

NumPad2 → Passenger window (Front Right)

NumPad3 → Rear Left window

NumPad4 → Rear Right window

NumPad0 → Toggle all windows

(All keybinds can be changed in the INI file.)

📦 Installation

Place WindowControl.dll and WindowControl.ini into your Plugins folder inside GTA V’s root directory.

Launch GTA V with LSPDFR installed.

Go on duty — the plugin will automatically load.

📝 Notes

Works with any vehicle the player drives.

Designed for compatibility with Stop The Ped, Grammar Police, Ultimate Backup, and other realism mods.

If you run into issues, enable DebugMode=true in the INI for detailed logs.

Great work!

The ini file is NOT reading my keybind changes. Did you use windows Keys Enum?

The current keybinds conflict with the Prowler Radar.

Everything works fine beyond this. Appreciate the hard work.

Will be noted and fixed and ty

i use systems.windows.forums idk if their the same but yea

Alr so to fix the ini issue just simply take the ini and dll file out of lspdfr folder and just put it ONLY in PLUGINS folder

issue was the configpath in my code was different than the one in the installation folder

Something is conflicting with the ultimate backup unit not responding, nor with the transport unit, like disappearing

I like this plugin I do, it's a neat concept, but the responsiveness is equivalent to shit, to put it frankly lol. I have to often times mash my numpad keys to get any window to go down and that's assuming I don't "accidently" put it back up in the process, just to mash the button again for the same result.

Tengo un problema, ni con las configuras digamos por defecto ni con las teclas personalizadas que puse puedo bajar las ventanas, no se si el mod este roto pero no funciona en mi caso.

Friend, the latest version of LSPDFR is outdated; it says it can't be updated because of that... Could you update it?
