Hello peeps!

THIS PACK REQUIRES THE 32 SIREN SETTING LIMIT ADJUSTER SCRIPT (SSLA). WITHOUT IT SOME LIGHTS WONT WORK!!!

This pack was only gonna be uploaded to MU
But some people decided to leak it so i'd prefer you guys all just have access to it through here instead.

Anyways

This pack was originally a commission for Alex S. but he wants to spread the love to the people so here it is!
This pack is made for Broward County Sheriff's Office in Florida and has 13 cars. Meant to be as close as possible as we could get to their actual setups.

HOW TO INSTALL!!!
Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - x64 - dlcpacks
Drag and drop the "Broward Pack" folder
Next Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - Update.rpf - common - data
Open dlclist.xml and add the following line
<Item>dlcpacks:/Broward Pack/</Item>
For the XML files place them in GTAV - ELS - pack_default
And your done. go ahead and load up your game!

Having texture problems?
Check your graphics setting and make sure your Direct X version is on DX11. Anything lower and it will bug textures.

I also ask you specifically because I can trust you to add the real computer like you did for this pack and the overhead red light. Only person I've seen do that. That makes packs still

Absolutely Love this pack! Is there anyway we can get a plane window template? I would love to put my personal livery on the K9 2021 Tahoe but the “sheriff” in the back window doesn’t exactly match. Thank you for an amazing pack!

You can just take fhe window template I provided and add your tint on that and replace it.

No. You'd need to use some form of photo editor like paint.net, gimp, or photoshop.

Hi man, Great mod! It looks awesome.

Just one question. When I rename some models to "sheriff" "sheriff2" etc... So as a replace. The els lights don't really work as they are intended. The yellow is white. The blue and red looks like they are behind a wall. I attached pictures. Is there any fix to this?

Would like to use it as a replace so backup units can have it too.

these aren't supposed to used as replace for many reasons.
#1 they use custom non els lighting for most lights.
#2 they use a shared YTD to help with file sizes

No, this pack needs to be addon for the lighting. But you can make them spawn in ambiently if you edit your ultimate backup and lspdfr agency files

I'm having a problem with ELS. I created custom liveries for this pack and replaced the livery for the 21Tahoe with mine. In game, the ELS for the 21Tahoe isn't working for stage 1 & 2. Just stage 3. I do not have this problem with any of the other vehicles in this pack even tho I changed the liveries on them as well. Any clue as to why that could be happening? I made sure not to change the livery file name as well. I do also have all the essential plugins required (SSLA, Game Config, PackLife, etc.)

Do you have els and script hook v? Stage 3 uses non els lighting because it's a hybrid. So it sounds like your having an issue with ELS itself

Yes I have ELS and script hook V. SHV up to date as well. So I noticed that it messes up whenever I remove the "Sheriff" word from the back window of the 21Tahoe. I'm using PaintDN. So I grabbed your Window file and plugged it into PDN. I removed SHERIFF and then filled it back in with the same color as the rest of the window. But then when I go in game, it messes up ELS and stage 1 & 2 lighting won't work

NVM, I'm dumb... I didn't realize that PDN was completely blacking out the windows... smh thanks for the help anyway!

With this pack no. It's required to be an addon since its a hybrid ELS.

What exactly is 'hybrid ELS'? is it something related to the ELS stages?

It means it uses ELS and NON-ELS for the lighting. similiar to how hybrid cars still use gas but also their eco hybrid stuff.
