Extended Video Export [SP & FiveM] 0.5.3 [BETA]

(0 reviews)

1 Screenshot

IMPORTANT: Due to the way this mod works, the original Rockstar Editor video file will NOT be saved to the disk (actually it does, but it will be empty). The complete video will be exported to the folder specified in the .ini file. The default location is your user's Videos folder.

NOTE: For high resolution exports without DSR, use this guide by Kravencedesign
Note that this is not tested with version 0.5.0 of the mod, please confirm it in the comments if you managed to make it work.

NOTE: Currently the mod only works in Windowed and Borderless Window mode. Your Graphics > Render Resolution and Advanced Graphics > Resolution settings MUST be the same value in game settings.

Source code for this mod is available on GitHub.
You can watch a showcase of some of the features here. Extended Video Export

Hi there,

How do you justify the version 0.5.3.0 BETA release if arguably it is just an "outdated" version of this mod available on GTA5mods.com?
The newest version 0.5.2.0 BETA uses a completely different way of capturing the Rockstar Editor, using Voucouder. (it appears you've copy and pasted the description from FiveMods, because your description mentions Voucouder despite the fact that this build doesn't use it.)
So if you could fill in the gaps on how this is not just a 0.4.4.0 beta version available here.

Thanks,
Karen.CO

Hi Karen,

To clarify, all we do is update the FiveM game build compatibility—there were no changes made to the source code. This allows players on newer FiveM builds to still use the ASI/plugin for editing or enhancing their Rockstar Editor clips.

The original creators of this ASI haven't yet updated it to support the latest FiveM game builds. We don’t modify or claim ownership of the source code, and the same goes for the Rockstar Editor components. Once the original developers release an update, we’ll either mark our version as outdated or remove it entirely.

Appreciate you telling us your concern.

Best regards,
Nightz Development
