I present to you my latest new ENB Mod for Grand Theft Auto IV (Episodes From Liberty City). This mod has been enhanced for realistic weather events such as for example, when it rains, you'll see water reflect on the ground. When it's fogging, theres alot of fog to where you will have trouble seeing in front of you. The best of all, the police lights are very realistic & i have personally not noticed any performance drop. Please also be advised that this mod has not been tested on Grand Theft Auto IV standalone so please use caution.

unfortuantely i'm getting an error code for extracting the eflc zip file even though i have the gta 4 complete edtion installed..i will post a screenshot of the code produced...very sorry for the large resoultion size as i have 2 full hd monitors.

It`s awesome. But the els lights are to bright, like the 2 photos from Sgt. Scales. If i change the visualsettings nothing happens. Only i change the bloom from 20 to 0.02. But the lights are still to heavy! Any ideas how to handle it.
