Liberty City, where the streets are mean, the crime is high, and the corruption runs deeper than the subway tunnels. This concrete jungle never sleeps- mostly because of the sirens blaring at all hours. At the heart of this mess is the Liberty City Police Department, a force as flawed as the city they protect. Between chasing down "criminals" for a merc’d CEO of Bohan Medical Center or covering up Mayor Ochoa’s corrupt acts, the LCPD walks a fine line between law and chaos.

Find the .ytd file and open it using edit mode in OpenIV
Replace or add the liveries into the .ytd
