This replaces the old nstockade(or any other emergency vehicle you want).
I left this unlocked(as usual) so you can have fun with it!(but fair credit is expected when redistributing)
And you must follow the installation description below(or the car will roll over in every single corner).

===============================installation==========================================
There are two options, choose one of them and replace them using openiv or sparkiv.
If you've chosen ELS version, move the ELS7 VCFs (vehicle configuration files) contained in the downloaded ELS folders to the ELS folder in your main GTAIV game directory (you must have ELS V7 installed).
In the vehicle control sections of your ELS.ini, make sure to link the correct VCFs to the appropriate models.
