Here is a quick Durango I made.

This vehicle is packaged with mostly KForce lights, however, it does have Whelen mixed in as well (Sue me)
Lighting is red, white and blue
Vehicle also features a loaded interior and trunk storage
Vehicle has working takedowns and alley lights as seen in the screenshots

    I have downloaded this vehicle, and it will not appear in game. I see others have had this issue, is there any solutions to this issue?

    There isn't a fix as I'm not sure what the problem is. I don't have any issues with it showing up in my game, nor do the majority of users so it leads me to believe its an isolated incident. 

    Try typing the model name in the trainer and see if it pops up that way. Also ensure you don't have any other DLC's that use the same name as this one for the vehicle itself. That's all I can think of honestly.

    is there anyway you can make a red and blue texture to replace the yellow lights on the roofbar so there red and blue and not yellow please

    The only other update with be to add all blue lighting. I won't be removing the amber lights in the rear.

    Hey everyone, I'm not sure what's going on with my download.

     

    As per the instructions it says "Drag and drop "21doddurango" folder into dlcpacks" but there is no 21doddurango folder in the downloaded .rar

    Could contain: text, font, number, black and white, receipt, document

     

    Am I missing something obvious here or just being dumb?

    heyyy new to all this modding stuff. it said to drop the "21doddurango" folder into dlcpacks? but in the install i find red w blue lights folder and into that one i find push bumper/ no pushbumper? do i just drag "no pushbumper" into dlcpacks and rename it? would appreicate the help and some tips from you veterans <3

    That's how the XML is setup. If you edit it, at the top it'll say "<LstgActivationType>auto</LstgActivationType>"

    Change "auto" to "manual" then you'll have all 3 stages
