MUST NEED:
1. Open IV
2. GTA5

1. Go to open IV and go to here: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5.
2. Look for "vehicles.meta" make a backup.
3. Drag & drop the "vehicles.meta" into open IV.
4. Start GTA5.

Nothing. You don't do anything in the visualsetting.dat and it doesn't have anything that will affect vehicle flipping.

 

If you want the vehicle to stop flipping. All you need to do is go into handling.meta and then change the number to this number

 <vecCentreOfMassOffset x="0.000000" y="0.000000" z="-0.05000" /> ===>>  <vecCentreOfMassOffset x="0.000000" y="0.000000" z="-0.3" />

 

If it still flipping, then go into Vehicle.meta and then go to the line called " <FirstPersonPassengerMobilePhoneOffset x="0.136000" y="0.223000" z="0.425000" />" and put a minus in front of "0.22300" and "0.42500". It should look like this ===> > "-0.22300" and "-0.42500".

 

That is all you do. That is if you are using dlc/addon. For replace, you can go find the handling.meta and do something and it will prevent all vehicles from flipping.
