Has anyone run into the problem of complete darkness during the daytime hours? Evenings work best, any ideas?

Hey man thanks for the reply, I ended up getting it but had to clean install.  I think I had and older ENB when this was happening mixed with this one.  All good but thanks for reaching out.

No problem 🙂 just a quick tip that i couldn't figure out for 2 years, if you do an optimisation guide or something, never tick "Disable fullscreen optimisations" on the compatibility settings of the properties of any and all exe files in the GTA IV directory or it will not launch with ENB

Also, if you get extreme lag and text goes blurry for a few seconds - delete these files from GTAIV directory -

smaa.dll
SMAA.fx
SMAA.h

Every time I load up GTA IV, the ENB just shows black, I can see the hud, and play normally, but all I see is black.

Even in day time
