This is my first-ever public release and also my first-ever "commission". After doing overwhelmingly well as a smaller pack, I came back and updated it despite not originally having the plans to.

 

Anyways, this pack is based on the Macomb County Sheriff's Office, which operates and serves Northeastern Detroit. However, none of the cars here are meant to be depicted as 1:1 to their real-life counterparts, and I do not plan on doing so. For example, some of these cars do not serve Macomb County. I plan to come back and revisit this pack at some point in early 2026 or the very end of 2025 and improve the ghosted variations and add chevrons like the real-life decals, as I was originally hesitant to do so. Otherwise, there are no other large plans for this pack, such as making non-lore-friendly versions or BCSO versions.

Vehicles Used:

The vehicles shown in the screenshots are from Prestoniskeys NON-ELS FiveM Ready BCSO Pack available on LCPDFR.com with the exclusion of the 2018 Charger, which is from RangerZ's BCSO Mini Pack, also available on LCPDFR.com. This is because I experienced issues taking screenshots for the 1.2 update with the Charger from Preston's pack, but they use the same base and should be usable just fine. You do NOT need to use the same packs I used, they just need to use the same bases from the authors I used, which is listed above.

Notice:

As always, do not rip, sell, redistribute, or modify (with the exception of personal use) my products or products included (logos and decals). You can obtain the decals and logos for yourself in the credits tab if you would like to use them. I do not ask for money for any of my products!! If you find my downloads that is not listed on my linktree (find on my profile), it is likely leaked. I only upload as of now to LCPDFR.com and DevHub.org.

    • Slightly adjusted the yellow (to sync with all vehicles, not sure why they were slightly different)
    • Slight upscaling to the badge
    • Changed "Los Santos" text on front fenders to "Los Santos Metro" (better fits the IRL design despite not being 1:1)
    • Fixed incorrect model years addressed on some of the folders and their respective authors (will be reflected in the description as well)
    • Slightly upscaled the K9 window templates for the vehicles that have them
    • Updated credits and readme files (minor changes)

I am in the process of making K9 liveries and traffic enforcement (ghosted) units based on the IRL variants, and some other normal patrol vehicles. I hope to have this done in the next few days, along with some small improvements to the current fleet. I am surprised this got as much support as it did in the first few days after it was uploaded. I appreciate each one of you who downloaded and showed support ❤️

    For those of you who don't bother reading updates:

     

    I have spent the last several weeks dealing with 2 sick kids (2 and 8 months) and work is a pain in the rear, and of course, the kids want their mother only when they're sick (lol). Anyway, instead of delaying update 1.1 purely for all the ghosted variations I have planned (currently nearly the entire pack), I have released what I have currently (see update log). I hope to have the ghosted variations finished by the first week of October, but I also have other projects I am doing, so it could be end of October, I have no idea, I cannot tell the future.

     

    Also, I appreciate the love and support I have received on this file, I was never anticipating 200 downloads at the time of writing. Means a lot to me and really encourages me to come back and update for you all. Love yas ❤️

    It is a BCSO Pack made by Prestoniskey, however, the 2021 Tahoe is not found in that pack nor on the site as the author removed it from the site. There is no telling if it will ever be back as it was removed by them months ago unfortunately. I otherwise don't typically link mods I use unless someone asks. Glad to hear you enjoy them! ❤️

    Thanks so much for this and your reply. About the Tahoe, dont worry about it, i got a few versions of that model on my drive. even have two slick tops 😛

    Also, for the 2018 Explorer, there is no patrol livery. I think they're both K9.

    Now that you mention it, I might switch the charger over to GM's base. I didn't realize GM had an 18 charger until someone pointed out that his AO maps were available to download on the site. Regardless, yes, that is something I can very well do.

     

    As far as the Explorer goes, I will update the file with a hotfix as I seem to have just overwritten the patrol file with the K9 livery by mistake. That should be updated in a few minutes once it's approved by LSPDFR. I am surprised you're the only one to have caught that in the month since I've uploaded.

     

    As for the rest of you, since I completed my last pack, I have revisited this pack to hopefully make it much better than it already is—that's my goal anyway. During that release, ghosted liveries should also be available. (Also thank you all for 400 downloads, nearing 500, and for being patient with me. I promise you guys will have an update soon ❤️ )

    Ghosted is being worked on and planned for the next update. The issue with reflective is that I can easily make the textures reflective-worthy (literally, just make them transparent). Still, I couldn't guarantee that they are reflective on a provided model, as each author specifically needs to choose what part of their vehicles' skin is reflective, so I can't just make the texture and expect it to be reflective on all cars sort of deal. I'll probably end up providing such textures regardless in the end, I just can't guarantee they will always work.

    Hey guys. I am currently about 60% of the way through the next update. I wanted to get it done in December but it seems like every time I set aside time for this update, something comes up out of the blue. I won't bore you with the details, I am mainly writing this as to say I am not dead and have not abandoned this, it's just been one thing after another that has prevented me from continuing to do so. This is expected to be done sometime in January (I have my goal deadline set to the 14th) but with everything else recently, it's only a hope lol.

     

    Also to note outside my personal life, I have been trying to get updated preview photos, but with the recent game update (I updated around Christmas) my Rockstar editor is crashing unexplainably anytime I have tried to edit newly recorded clips, and I can no longer revert unfortunately.

     

    Anyway, thank you all so much for the 800 downloads! It means so much to know that I have made something everyone is enjoying. I originally made this as a request and really only anticipated at best 100 downloads. Checking this and seeing that there are nearly all downloads happening every day (according to the statistical graph) is the only reason I am encouraged to come back and update this for you all.
