    Bit late but you can use this in lspdfr and of course with permission to use in LSPDFR, you can use a els file i can provide a file for this vehicle, no need to make it els

    Making it a SP Addon or Replace with said provided ELS file just like other police vehicles you may find with a ELS file

    I can provided file and addon/replace file, if you don't understand i can explain in a discord call
