Same here, can't find the "tlsguardianlbv folder, can someone help me out?

It is a paid resource you would need to have pre installed. The file is also not in your EUP as it is an add-on so would be with your DLC packs.

    I figured that out been a while since I played we mods on this game so yeah forgot to edit post but thanks 🙂
