For people who don't like the flashing rear lights, this might be the fix for you.
This basically uses the same ID's as the vanilla carcols.ymt but with 2 things changed :

- Sequencers have been removed from the rear lights which stops them from flashing

- ID numbers have been changed. Read below :


BEWARE : You still need to change your siren ID in your carvariations.meta to have this work on your vehicle.

No sorry, but I will be adding a resource version of this to be used in a FiveM server. This might make it easier for some to add this.
