To install the vehicle model, you have to install the @Lapd Code 3 Ford Explorer from his Discord Server!
I made this livery for the model called 20fpiu2, but I think it will work all of the 2020's Ford Explorer model that is in the LAPD Project.
Installation:
Open up the 20fpiu2.ytd and replace the png, then save. Do the same thing with the 20fpiu2+hi.ytd.
After all, the livery will be the secondery in game. You can set it up with a trainer, like rampage.
If you would like to use it on the first livery, just simply rename the png to: livery_sign_1
