Hello peeps! After some time i got a big car release for y'all!

This pack is based off of Nevada Highway Patrol and includes 11 cars with the option of them being reflective!
 

If your wondering which file to choose this will help you

Reflective:
Reflective overall looks better in game and decals light up like they would IRL 
(look at the 4 pics before the all blue pics for examples)

CAN'T CHANGE THE LIVERIES WITH REFLECTIVE!!

 

NON-Reflective:
This should be used if you plan on changing the liveries but decals wont light up

The NV Plate Pack used in the screenshots is made by Tom3k go check it out!

Q. Will there be a FiveM version? A. Short answer, No.

Q. The pack doesn't work? A. Double check, Especially if no one else is reporting the same issues

Q. The Lights wont work or stays on? A. Make sure your ELS is working correctly and you installed the correct XML

Q. What format will the files come in? A. These files will come as a Addon or Replace

Q. Are these cars going to have reflective liveries like your last one? A. Yes Download the Reflective version

Having texture problems?
Check your graphics setting and make sure your Direct X version is on DX11. Anything lower and it will bug textures.
 

HOW TO INSTALL REPLACE VARIANT
Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - x64 - dlcpacks - patchday24ng - dlc.rpf - x64 - levels - gta5 - vehicles.rpf
Drag and Drop the YTD and YFT Files from the folders of the cars you want to install
For the XML files place them in GTAV - ELS - pack_default
And your done. go ahead and load up your game!
 

HOW TO INSTALL ADDON VARIANT!!!
Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - x64 - dlcpacks
Drag and drop the "SAHP NV Pack" folder
Next Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - Update.rpf - common - data
Open dlclist.xml and add the following line
<Item>dlcpacks:/SAHP NV Pack/</Item>
For the XML files place them in GTAV - ELS - pack_default
And your done. go ahead and load up your game!

Highly recommend if you want the blue Design to use Alloy's livery pack!

This pack is awesome. But for some reason when I downloaded the recommended liveries from Alloy, when the cars spawn in they flicker from the old to the new livery. not sure what I'm missing. The cars also seem a lot darker than they should be.

Make sure if you using alloy's livery to not use the reflective version. 👍

    I tried to replace the livery on the models, but the state trooper original livery overlaps every model even after replacing both ytd files. Does anyone know a fix for this?

    glad you got it figured out. At the top of the description it says to use non reflective if you planned on changing the liveries

    Cars that seem to work fine with the all blue lighting reflections are the CVPI, FPIS, 2016 FPIU, 2018 Charger, F150, 2020 FPIU and both Tahoes.

     

    In other words, the only ones with the ELS reflections that don't show all blue are the BMW bike and the 2014 charger.

     

    Here's what it looks like ... any ideas?

    Go into the ELS XML for those 2 cars and at the top where it shows the extra. make sure their color is set to blue.

    Hi, awesome work, love the cars.

    Has anyone ever experienced a livery bug on a vehicule and knows how to fix it ?
    On the cars from the pack, the livery I made spawns darker. I have removed my graphics mod, so it is not the issue.  Dx is on 11, and the cars are the non-reflective as they should be for changing the liveries.

     

    I have also tried changing the color on the car via a menu but it does not work. Maybe something is to change on the vehicule.meta file ?

    My game crashes upon opening story mode, do I need any resource adjusters or anything like that? I don't believe I installed anything incorrectly, pack looks amazing otherwise!

    NHP18CHGRUN's ELS file should be modified to this name instead of the original name, otherwise the warning lights won't turn on. Also, NHP18CHGRUN's rear warning light seems to be a bit dim. It may be too low. You can consider adjusting it upwards.

    I posted a small file with the fix. You'll want to use the 2 includes textures and the xml and other textures from the main file
