I don't really see why the PI is relevant here as it's not included in the pack, deco hasn't done anything wrong in fact he's honouring the original creator by not releasing the model.

I did that already, but it's for private use. Sgt.Kanyo released a very accurate NYPD cvpi whilst this is a LCPD version, so not extremely representing the real NYPD Highway Patrol.

Is there possible to rise the High Rise Lightbar?

I've seen a guy on YouTube activate the high rise lightbar to rise and he had this link in the description to this vehicle, but i can't seem to figure out how to rise the high rise lightbar.

I've mean someone said it was Alt+K , but that dosent do anything on my part.

its a nice car pack but  the unmarked 2011 Slicktop/Unmarked LCPD Highway Patrol Ford Crown Victoria and  2010 Slicktop/Unmarked LCPD Highway Patrol Dodge Charger

is not black by me as on the picture's i tried to change livery in-game in the trainer but it said that there were 0 livery's for those 2 cars

 

can somebody plz help me
